Each IDEM creation is made entirely by hand on an original design. Each bag is unique because it is strictly handcrafted. Each model can be made in different leathers and in different colors, available when ordering. Customizations and style variations are also possible, to be agreed via email or by filling out the form. In case of customization it is not possible to make a return. Each processing requires 10/15 working days.
For international orders the shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart pages and during the checkout process. The delivery time is expected in 4/5 working days.

In the case of orders associated with promotions with discount coupons / vouchers, the order processing times may be increased up to 4 extra working days.
The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment.
We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.
In the event that the charges were not paid and, for this reason, the shipment was refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs duties themselves will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the shipment (the days will begin to be calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact.
