ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Website registration is not mandatory; guest users (unregistered) can also complete the purchase process. User registration automatically creates a User Profile which offers the ability to view order history, create a personalized Wishlist, and modify billing and shipping details at any time. Essentially, registration allows for the creation of a User Page where you can view and manage your purchase data.
After visiting the store, simply select the products by adding them to a virtual list (the so-called Wishlist if the user is registered or, alternatively, the Shopping Cart). At the time of payment, personal data must be entered to complete the purchase procedure. The system automatically calculates shipping costs and taxes (IVA/VAT) based on the customer's geographical area. The user receives a first e-mail when the order is taken over and, subsequently, a second e-mail at the time of shipment, along with a tracking code.
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card through the PayPal platform (in this case, it is not mandatory to have a PayPal account), or bank transfer (in this case, IDEM reserves the right to receive confirmation that the expected amount is available in the account before processing the order and proceeding with shipment).
Occasionally, the user will receive a Promotional Code, a coupon with a face value, or a discount provided via social media, newsletter, or directly at the store. Codes must be entered in the dedicated field within the Cart before confirming the purchase.
For orders to be processed in Italy, shipping costs are included in the purchase amount. For international orders, however, costs vary according to the final destination and whether customs duties apply. In all cases, the amount of transport charges is calculated automatically and is always visible in the order summary, even before payment.
To ensure fast delivery times, we use DHL express courier both in Italy and abroad.
Yes, always. At the time of shipment, the user receives a second order confirmation email with an attached tracking code, which allows them to constantly monitor the shipment until delivery, starting 24 hours after receipt.
RETURNS
Yes, but there may be slight color differences due to the settings and technical characteristics of the device screens used.
All leathers used are vegetable-tanned and feature small “imperfections” that are not corrected to preserve the authenticity and uniqueness of each bag. Such imperfections cannot be defined as defects and do not entitle you to dispute the purchase.
Returns are permitted under the specified conditions, with the exception of personalized products, for which returns are not possible.
To initiate the return process, the merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the user. If all requirements are met, you will receive a confirmation email and, within 14 days, a refund of the amount, less redelivery costs.
WARRANTY
All our articles are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) which protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which do not work properly or do not correspond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended.
Should the packaging appear tampered with, wet, or opened, immediately report the issue to the courier. If the purchased goods are also damaged or, indeed, missing, contact us immediately.
