SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are made via DHL courier, with delivery expected within 1–2 business days.

For items made upon request, shipping times may vary depending on production.

For international orders, shipping costs are displayed in the cart pages and during the checkout process. Delivery is expected within 4–5 business days.

Courier Information
DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS: 24/48 business hours – DHL EXPRESS for international orders.

For orders associated with promotions using discount coupons/vouchers, order processing times may increase by up to 4 additional business days.

Customs Duties

The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer, and their amount is determined according to the laws in force in the destination country.

We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment reaches its destination.

If customs duties are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs duties themselves will be deducted from the total order amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.

RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the shipment (the days will be calculated based on proof of delivery). Products must be returned intact.

Returns are allowed according to the stated conditions, except for customized products, for which returns are not possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as is the choice of courier.

Responsibility for the delivery of the return shipment lies with the customer.

Receipt and Handling of Returns

You will be notified of every step via email, and you may also track the process by accessing your reserved area.

Please note that IDEMLab does not offer merchandise exchanges but will provide a refund for the cost of returned items.

In the case of defective or damaged items, please send an email with photos attached of the item.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to complete the purchase, no later than 30 days from the date the return is received.
